An unorthodox way of making the Hungarian Christmas rolls

Both the maker and the way of preparing are unorthodox by the way. Normally here in Hungary around Christmas time grandmothers make all kinds of home-made sweets. One of the favorites are the Hungarian walnut or poppy-seed rolls. They are actually kind of hard to make. It is almost an art to get the dough to the right consistency so that they don't explode and look like volcanoes. John definitely mastered the Christmas roll making art. It is hard to stop eating them because they are so delicious. Even a broken mixer was not a reason for my man to give up, he just took out the drill. (I guess you have to be a man to come up with that idea... :-)

Good job, John! Making those Cowboy coffeecakes all by yourself before you started kindergarten sure have paid off. And your brain never ceases to amaze us. Way to go!!!
