Valentine's Day Traditions
Yesterday John and I celebrated our love and also the fruit of our love, little Eszter. :-) It was a lovely day. First of all I had time to take an afternoon nap with Eszti, which was refreshing and then we had a nice home date with John. We ate icecream, watched some old family videos and then had time to just talk and pray.
Lately I have been thinking about what family traditions I would like to start with John and Eszti. For us I think it is going to be a mixture of Hungarian and American ones. So I am on the quest to learn more about family traditions and to choose which ones I would like to start. If you have any ideas or own traditions you do on Valentine's Day, I would love to hear.
I hope you had a wonderful day as well.

Getting on your knees together as a family (to give God some extra special personal Valentines) will give you great joy, as well. Don't forget that He wants to be our first love!
Dear MB, thanks for the great thought. Maybe after some prayer time we will also do the laughing train together as a family. :-) <3
Zsofi - Do you know about birthday butter yet?
Yes, John made sure I would know about that birthday custom. :-) Unfortunatly I totally forgot to do it on his birthday this year. He has gotten some eggs on his head on Easter though. ;-) Just ask if you want to hear more details. :-)
